Earn £250,000pa and every year

We've arrived at a conservative estimate to show you what your expected earnings will be.

It's based on an estimate of you making just 10 assignments a year (the industry best is +15). At an average salary of £100,000 per assignment, your turnover is £300,000 p.a. You keep 85% of that turnover, so your earnings are £250,000.

As we said, we've used a conservative example, so your salary could be even greater, plus you'll see later (in the Prospectus) there are other opportunities to further increase your earnings.

How hard you work, and how successful you are, can also clearly improve your earnings from our basic model: we think you'll agree, your earnings potential a an Executive Search head-hunter are attractive indeed.
