4. What happens if, having
signed up I decide that this is not for me?
This is an important factor and one which might prevent
someone who is exactly right for the role having "cold
feet"
If, during the Training course, you realise that
this is really not for you then we will reimburse
your total Partner fee, less £3000 (the cost of the
course)
If you have not obtained a client in 20 working weeks,
despite your continued and best endeavours we will
again reimburse your joining fee, less £4000 (course
costs and contribution towards support services during
that time)
We are so confident in our product and Partner selection
process that we make these money -back guarantees.

5. How hard is it to get
customers?
You have a head start over most start-up businesses
as you will know or be known by many of your potential
clients. You will have been selected due to your undoubted
knowledge of and reputation within your allocated
sector. You will be trained in all of the techniques
associated with the recruitment process and will be
armed with Omni-prepared presentations to help you
explain your new-found capability.
You will also be provided with and trained in how
to create sales letters and e-mails, which will get
people's attention. The hardest part of any business
is winning a client, we recognise this, and believe
that our package and your experience will give you
all the tools necessary to do so. By the way, we will
also teach you techniques designed to retain customers,
which is as important as winning them in the first
place.

6. Is Omni committed to the
Support Services?
Omni is totally committed to the success of the Partner.
The joining fee is low and Omni will only achieve
its corporate vision and financial objectives if the
entire partnership network delivers to plan. Omni
has invested heavily to get the network structure
and support activities in place and is not about to
waste that investment.
Omni is rewarded through the MSF payments i.e. from
your success and will be fully supportive to optimise
your performance.

7. What is the competition
like?
There are six, well established, companies who, between
them, have a 40% share of the market. There are 188
companies in the market in total. Only 5 companies
offer full industry spectrum coverage. The companies
that are increasing their performance are the boutique/niche
companies that offer real expertise in their sector.
Their model is similar to that which we propose for
a Partner. They do not have all of the support systems
in place that the larger companies have but they have
sector experts rather than recruitment experts. The
market is ready for our proposition which creates
116 boutique/niche companies with support services
better than the top 6.
The competition is good but very beatable.

8. Will I be suited to this
business?
If you meet the criteria described and are successful
in being selected then the answer is yes.
Success is dependant upon effort on your part and
that is the ingredient that is hard for any recruitment
process to evaluate.
We will be monitoring the performance of the network
in total and if you need help then we will provide
it. We have tried to point out positive points and
potential pitfalls within this document and attempted
to create a realistic picture of how things will operate.
Do not forget that our network structure only has
limited slots within each sector and we are seeking
the best people for each Partnership. We are experienced
recruiters and would not select anyone that did not
match our profile.

9. Can I really earn over
£200k p.a.?
In a word, yes.
The financial models are built conservatively and
deliver this result in year 2. Your effort is a vital
ingredient, but for once in your life, your effort
is being fully rewarded. 85% of the sales revenue
is for your business. If you were to undertake one
assignment per month your earnings would be in excess
of £300k p.a.

10. How does Interim Management
fit in?
This is an important offering for you as it provides
another reason for a client to use your services and
to begin a trading relationship. It also provides
a complementary service to the permanent recruitment
as in many cases an interim is required whilst the
recruitment process takes place. It is also interesting
how many interim staff end up getting the permanent
job.

11. How much commercial
freedom do I have with clients?
Our standard terms and conditions and the combination
of services that we provide for those fees are already
market-leading. However, we do recognise that to land
your first contract you may wish to vary them. Talk
to us, you will find us pragmatic; we do not want
you to lose the client either. We have minima that
we cannot move below in terms of contribution per
assignment; however, you have 85% to play with. We
must be consulted before variances to the standard
are quoted to customers.

12. Where is my territory?
The question should be phrased what rather than where.
Your Partnership is for a specific business sector
within our network on a global basis.
13. What are the implications
for me with regards to IR35?
Our advice is that because you control your earnings
via your own endeavours and can profit or lose from
the proposal you will not be affected. Please check
this out with your own advisors as part of your due
diligence, but this proposition has been designed
to circumvent this problem.

14. What happens if a client
asks me to get involved on an assignment that is not
in my sector?
Do not turn it down!
Talk to us, if the sector is not covered at that
time then it's yours on this occasion; if it is covered
we will talk with the partner concerned and agree
the best way forward in each case. You are not permitted
to solicit for business outside of your sector, and
don't forget what goes around comes around. We have
a formal referral system in place.

15. What if I wish to sell
my business or take a step back in a couple of years?
The contract, which you will see a copy of when you
get to the due diligence stage makes clear provision
for this occurrence.
16. What if I am still
in employment and have to serve notice?
Not a problem, if we mutually agree that you are
the right person for a sector we will reserve it for
you, once you have signed the agreement and paid a
deposit of £3,500 plus Vat.
17. Why is this approach
different from others?
The Franchise Group patented "Upside Down Franchising
System" is designed to create successful Franchisees
by ensuring that the business models are robust The
Host Company is only as successful as the Partners
and is totally committed to ongoing support to ensure
that this is achieved.
The joining fee is low, financial benefit for all
parties is only achieved from your optimisation of
the opportunity.
